Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the various departments of area office
and client team members on all aspects of multiple simultaneous
client projects
- Supervise all aspects of integrated marketing solutions
provided to clients including all areas of agency capabilities.
This could include: strategy, online advertising campaigns,
creative, search, social media and technical development
- Manage all agency and client expectations to ensure projects
are delivered within contracted agreement
- Responsible for budget revenue recognition and forecasting
against all assigned clients
- Lead, develop and mentor, a team of account service direct
reports
- Provide and develop sound strategic recommendations based on
clear understanding of Client's business
- Strong Client presentation skills (Written and Spoken)
- Identifies client industry specific initiations and develops
strategic recommendations based on clear understanding of Client's
business and business objectives
- Strong Client presentation skills (Written and Spoken)
- Drive strategic direction for designated clients, including
annual planning, and creative solutions to challenges
- Create and/or supervise Master Services Agreements and
SOW's.
- Reviews and audits weekly project status reports and hold
weekly project status meetings with internal and external team
members
- Support agency's new business activity including information
collection, analysis, presentation preparation, and written
proposal development
- Maintain current and future knowledge of interactive marketing,
integrated marketing, advertising, social media and consumer and
business trends
- Present to management, clients and industry reports as needed
and requested regarding strategic insights and value creating ideas
for building business return
