Through its post production and motion graphics division in NYC, Definition 6 has a long history of editorial and design work with HBO, with great projects like the iconic open for the long-running hit show Entourage, numerous promos for its entire show run, including the last and final season promos, and editorial for its 30-minute retrospective. Our team has also done promo work for HBO on Six Feet Under, Curb Your Enthusiasm and numerous HBO sports spots including the historic Derek Jeter 3K documentary.

HBO teamed up with Definition 6 to help launch Join the Realm for their popular show Game of Thrones. Join the Realm is an experience that allows fans to create their own 'House Sigil' similar to those in the show and then download, share, and post it in a variety of formats on leading social networks. The tool can be used in 24 different languages and gives fans an interactive sigil editor to name your House, enter your House Words, and choose from a variety of backgrounds, patterns, borders, colors, and icons. It can then be shared via Facebook cover photos and profile pictures, Twitter backgrounds, Wallpapers, and Instagram versions.

In addition, our interactive and post production departments teamed up to produce the award-winning social media app for HBO's hit show True Blood called "Immortalize Yourself," where users got to be in the movie! This project was written and produced with an original script to promote Season 4, in which the cast filmed with placeholders that were later filled in by our tech and creative teams to include information from a fan's Facebook page, including his name, photo, location.  The user then has the option to include friends into his customized mini movie - literally becoming Immortalized!  You can check out how to do this for yourself on our Facebook page.
