We decided the best way to celebrate Pride month this year was by listening, so we grabbed a group of our LGBTQ+ colleagues together for a chat. One of the great things about our D6 community is the diversity within our “diversity group”, so we wanted to hear what each person had to say on a host of topics – from being open in the workplace, to corporate responsibility, and a whole lot in between. The result was an open and honest conversation that provided insight into the challenges (and some advantages) LGBTQ+ professionals face these days.
