The Approach
Beam Living is on a mission to ‘make city life happier’ with every interaction. Technology is a critical component of that mission, and the ecosystem of applications developed by DEFINITION 6 provides a delightful user experience for Beam Living customers whether they are a prospect, lease applicant or tenant.
So, how’d we do it? Our team set out to build one “above property” technology stack, establish human connection thanks to a personalized digital experience and real residential stories, and enable 24/7 engagement with resident services.
Each site and application we built runs on a single Sitecore Experience Platform Instance and leverages a common library of custom-built components.
